Dear Backers, 

We’re excited to share that shipping for the UGREEN NASync iDX Series has officially begun. 

Our first batch of orders is now being processed and shipped, and fulfillment will continue in multiple batches over the coming weeks as production inventory is delivered from the factory. 

Shipping Arrangement 

Fulfillment will follow the order in which deposits were originally made. Orders will be processed once your PledgeBox form has been completed and confirmed. 

Please Note 

• Shipping is being carried out in batches. 
• Tracking information will be sent automatically once your order has been dispatched. 

If you have already completed the PledgeBox form, there is no further action required at this time. Please keep an eye on your email inbox for shipment updates.
